• Sizing & Repairs While You Wait: Whether restoring an heirloom or just adjusting a size, owner Bob Serata is onsite to keep your jewelry well-maintained and glistening. We are expert stone setters, and metallurgists, and never forget how precious your own jewelry is to you and treat it accordingly.

   

• Appraisals:  Bob Serata is a Court-Authorized Jewelry Appraiser and will expertly determine the replacement value of your jewels then prepare the documents for insurance or estate settlements.

   

• Complimentary Diamond Setting Service into items purchased from us.

   

• Archive Purchase Records: Full records are kept of all purchases so that to avoid duplication in future years and to enable the customer to build a comprehensive wardrobe of fine jewelry.

   

• Bernie’s & Son Distinctive Gift wrap – Always complimentary – Whatever you purchase, we believe in the importance of the final packaging. Each item that is purchased from Bernie’s & Son is hand packed in one of our custom designed boxes and wrapped if requested.  The perfect way to complete your purchase!

   

• Complimentary Shipping and Insurance Service to anywhere within the U.S. or Canada, insured with UPS or FedEx overnight (Shipments to Canada will be subject to Canadian customs duty and taxes).

   

• Lifetime Jewelry Cleaning Service. If you purchased a piece of jewelry from us, feel free to visit us at our store at any time to have it cleaned – at no charge.
